
The community clubhouse is located at the main entrance to the subdivision at 801 Bluffs Boulevard. It has a large open space that can accommodate 75 people, a complete kitchen, two sets of restrooms, 4 each 5-foot round tables, 2 each 6-foot rectangular tables, and 42 chairs. Outside it has a large grassy area and ample parking.
There are two separate contracts; one for residents and a contract for non-residents. Be sure to download the correct contract as fees vary. The deposit, sanitation fee, and Cleaning Checklist are the same for residents and non-residents. A rental security/cleaning deposit of $200 is required of all renters including residents, which is returned when the clubhouse is left in an acceptable condition. Below is a clean-up checklist that can be utilized.

To rent the clubhouse, please call (970) 560-1960 or email clubhouse@southernbluffshoa.com with your name, phone number, desired rental date(s) and purpose of your rental.
A signed rental agreement is required to rent the clubhouse. Cancellations must be made at least 10 days prior to the scheduled event. Rental fees and deposits will be returned when canceled accordingly.
