Dues checks may be physically mailed to PO Box 276, Durango, CO 81302. You can also hand deliver or mail your check to Dolores State Bank, 744 E. Main St., Cortez, CO, 81321. Please be sure to make out your check to: Southern Bluffs Owners Association. If hand delivering your check please advise the teller to DEPOSIT the check to the Southern Bluffs checking account. If mailing, please attach a note with the same information.

As part of this management transition, you will have your own Online Portal (through AppFolio) to pay dues directly and receive important community updates.

Your AppFolio Owner Portal with Reliance is ready to receive dues payments. An activation email has recently been sent to you. Please locate this email and activate your Online Portal at your earliest opportunity!
